Reminder: The expectation for football participants is that they are enrolled in strength and power all 3 tri's. If a student-athlete can not fit it into their 5 block, they need to attend zero block on M-T-TH-F. Zero block starts at 7 am. There is no substitute for strength, and no excuse for lack of it!
Reminder: Speed School will begin on November 27. Players not in a winter sport are expected to attend. It will last until about 4:30 each day.
