Spring Training started on March 26 for all athletes not involved in a spring sport. Spring Training is M-T-TH, right after school. Meet in the weight room.
Spring Conditioning begins on Monday, March 27 at 3:30 for all EHS athletes, and EMS 7/8 graders not currently out for a spring sport.
Athletes will meet at the weight room. Conditioning will last about 1 hour.
Spring Sports begin on February 27. It is our team expectation that our players are out for spring sports or participating in Spring Conditioning with Coach Milleson.
Spring Training for those not participating in sport will take place on Monday's, Tuesday's, and Thursday's. They will begin at 3:35 and last about an hour.
Again, if you plan on being part of the FAMILY in the fall, you will be out for sport or with Coach Milleson.
